Sold
I bought this while my shop was down due to a move, and I wanted to tinker with the PRC. I’m up and running again, so this has got to go. Very good quality barrel, as you’d expect from
PVA
-6.5 PRC
-Small shank Savage thread, with PVA nut included
-25” PVA Rock Creek Button Barrel
-8 twist
-5/8-24 muzzle thread, with PVA protector.
- Round count: 99
No load developement needed, screw it down on a go gauge, load my recipe, and shoot the shit out of it. I have a 140 eld load too.
$425 shipped.
I went out yesterday and shot two groups for the purpose of this add, no cherry picking. 147’s jumped .030, in Hornady brass, with 55.6 gr RL26. Average was 2973 ES 8, SD 3. The barrel has not been hotrodded. I took a throat measurement this morning and found the throat had not moved at all. I’m on my 6th firing with a small lot of Hornady brass, and they’re going strong.
