I have an RT90C w/ a Anvil 30 in a Midwest adapter and a DLOW-55 ballhead.

EDIT: The DLOW-55 is a 'sweetener' as it works but not like I'd feel comfortable giving it a lot of value. Gives you a chance to try out that style and works well enough.

Includes everything in the pictures.
