I have a brand new Tactical Assault Gear Spartan carrier system (coyote color - size medium) complete with a full set of level III ballistic armor hard plates (multi curved front/back designed for the carrier, plus 2 side plates), as well as front/rear soft armor panels. I put this kit together a few years ago and it sat on a shelf ever since.
