I'm trying to understand how this would work. Say, I wanted a scope from euro optics. Do they get the cert and reduce their price by 500..00? How does Vortex figure in this? Vortex has award certs at matches for 50% off but that's retail and can not be used for reduced prices.

You have to buy direct from vortex. This is off MAP not MSRP

Send cert with your info filled out to vortex. You pay them for a razor gen 2 at $500 off minimum advertised price which is not msrp. Vortex sends you scope
