Unit is NIB and has an unbroken factory quality seal in place. Backstory, I purchased a pair several months ago for LR spotting and NRL22 matches. They are excellent binoculars with a very clear image. My original pair was lightly damaged in a 6' fall onto concrete (plastic piece the eye cup fits onto broke). I sent them in for warranty service and they sent back a brand new pair. Everything is factory fresh and new in an unopened box.
As good as these are, I am looking into getting a set of range-finding binoculars instead. That is the only reason these are up.
