Yeah the AR was dura coated by AngelusMortis on the hide.

how come you didn't want to paint the buffer tube, dust cover, delta ring and flash suppressor? I am just curious because I have thought alot about doing one of mine but I just haven't talked myself into it and I am trying to get some feedback on why some people only paint certain things.

I guess I didn't paint certain things because I wanted something different. I had seen a lot of dura coat jobs over the whole gun and liked them but wanted something different. Plus since I built it my self it was all in pieces anyways, so it made it easier to pick and choose.

LOL, hey the Eotech blanky is sweet! The brand is scope coat and I got it at a local gun shop in AZ
