I think it was EM-Nu, like emblem new.
Shit sucked especially doing boot eyelets or the brass eyelets on deuce gear.
Most of my hats hit the ocean at some point so all the brass is tarnished from saltwater.
Emblems in my era were all screw back and they suck unless you like the idea of a screw post drilling into your forehead.
I buy old clutch backs off EBay mostly of 1936 pattern without the rope when I can find them.
This hat though due its era got a later one with pin and clutch backs and a rope.
