I know how to get people out of the bathroom very fast. Simply remove standing water from the toilets. The water only flushes when they are done. This is how they work in Afghanistan bases. You walk in and the huge scent of straight non water bound shit hits you right in the face like a left hook to the nose. As you sit there doing your business, half wanting to puke, half trying not to breathe, you realize teh worsening scent is your own excrement and the smell is getting even worse. You hurriedly do your business, wipe good, then flush watching water only appear to move the waste, then disappear. As you walk out, this stench follows as if in your clothing, then a cool wind hits and all is well...except your nose somehow still burns.
