Depending on where you look one of the primary differences claimed to be between the Torah and the Quran is the Torah says all killing is bad but the Quran says it's OK if they're bad.

The books of Moses do in fact contain the famous "thou shalt not kill" as it's translated into English, however if you read the rest of the Jewish bible, you'll find that it's actually realistically "thou shalt not murder".
