Fellos, thought a few of you may be interested in hearing the difference between a suppressed rifle and an unsupressed rifle in the field during a hunting situation. You'll hear 2 shots in this clip. The first is from an unsupressed 24" GAP .243. A second later you'll hear the suppressed shot from a 22" LongRifles inc. 6mm Creedmoor. SRT Shadow XL TI is the can. I'm on the camera and the two hunters are to my right 30yds laying prone 6 ft apart.

Two good looking dogs right there... I didn't hear a second gun shot ;)

could be wrong (the way I hear it) . The Suppressed high-vel. 2nd-shot followup . Was about 2.5 to 3 seconds after 1st Un-Suppressed .243 shot . Was just a very light sharp crack just after the 1st Boom .
Always like the way a suppressed high-vel. centerfire sounds in the wide open fields . Mic./audio in Vid. does not do it justice though .
.

In case you want an at target vid. I took this for a few friends last year. I was alternating rounds from full power loads (175 SMK) to Subsonic 180 RN with both being suppressed. Full power loads are hitting center while subs are the lower orange dot and just right. These shots were from 100yards with the GoPro about 8ft from the target
