well at least they haven't got MPADs .....yet or RPGs /HMG . Last time i was there on a cruise excursion it was like leaving an inner-city ghetto without any government services then arriving at a suburban Eden..Haiti to Dominican republic , the worse country in the carib is grenada ....ya know the one we saved from those commies
