I understand how it works, but is it pretty accurate as far as leveling the scope to the pic. rail?

Well I doubt AJ would gladly pay $60 for it if he thought it didn't work for shit... Seems like a pretty slick idea to me, and Hakan is pretty well known for building a better mousetrap. I just saw them the other day for the first time & will order one, though that doesn't really answer your question...

I just saw this the other day and am buying one. Ramp allows pressure on the scope keeping the bottom of the scope parallel with the base. As the rings are snuged the ramp allows the scope to move down while staying parallel. Slick.

I got this (I think I got it a cheaper than this price though) and its worked very well for me in even a few situations where there wasn't a picatinny rail.
