Night Vision Start with thermal or NV?

Which should I get first?

Hunting and SHTF are my primary uses.

Thermal....you are gonna have so much fun. I was hesitant to drop that much coin and considered NV, but after watching yootoobes vids I could clearly see the advantages. The first night I took mine out I lit up a sounder of hogs within 30 minutes. About 3 minutes later I had stalked in and smoked 2.....I literally said 'worth every dime!' standing over those pigs! Another benefit is observing deer behavior at night or early morning from your stand.

I enjoy my RNVGs much more than thermal just because I can use them for much more than just hunting.

Thermal is better fkr hunting but NV is better for overall GP uses st noght.
