Who gets to decide? Hopefully not the same trash that showed up in my community and told us our elections and our elected officials were null and void. The same trash that cherry picked parts of the Constitution they liked but omitted other parts. The same stolen Valor trash that claimed to be veterans but never served. The same trash the Oregon State Police shot and killed alongside the highway. Hope it's not them. Because if it is, this community is sick of them. They will be dealt with appropriately. The FBI won't be here to protect them like last time.

Last time I checked those who swear an oath (of military service or citizenship) swear allegiance to the Constitution, not to the president.

1. Levying war against the US
2. Adhering to the enemies of the US
3. Giving such enemies aid and comfort
