Rifle Scopes Steiner 1-4x24 vs 1-5x24

Couldn't find much information about a comparison between these two. I can get a good deal on the older 1-4x24 for about $1000, are there any differences between the two apart from zoom range and country of manufacture?

Quickdraw is correct. The only other difference is that the 5x scope has a capped windage turret.
