My personal hunch at this point is that the server in the shitter at Casa de Klinton was accessible to Huma. Human (software will not let me type Ms Muslim Brotherhood’s name) devices are synching with TonyILikeEmLittleWeiner while in her fake marriage. Weiner's devices are synch’d up to the Awans (who are also doing IT for 60 Ds in Congress).

HRC can then honestly say - I didn’t send China the plans for that fighter jet

The Awans function as a nexus or a clearing house of data. They see every thing from every one of those 60 Ds in all of their Congressional business. From their server the Awans can make data available for a price.

I think the Awans are ISI.

I think it will be shown the HRC was selling information to lots of folks including (but mostly? / most damningly?) to China.
