Stiller action choice help.

I shoot mostly prairie dogs and some varmint rifle matches, but I also do alot of hunting and would like the versatility of having two bolts and have a switch-barrel rifle. Right now I have a switch barrel on a older Tikka Continental Varminter (for example). I am a huge fan of the tactical rifles posted here, so DBM is likely in the future as well. Is the TAC30 the best fit? Or the Predator? I also am wanting the 700 footprint to have the versatility of the stocks and triggers available.

The Tac30 and Predator are nearly identical. I would go with the Tac30 mainly because of the finish and bolt knob. There is also the Tac30 AW that uses the AW mags.

I ended up buying (2) TAC 30's with the AW cut...I think the only advantage to the predator would be ease of top loading. Stiller told me the weight difference was a couple ounces....I thought about the Predator for a dedicated hunting rifle....

Was there any wait time for your order? Thinking of ordering a TAC 30 for a 308 build, just curious if there is a long waiting period.

Just bought a Tac 300 LA magnum from Bugholes -- Was very impressed with them overall...Also got a Bartlein or two before they sold out
