was a big fan of flechette rounds , but after firing a punt gun and a black powder blunderbuss with nails and other crud in it as ammo it's all really fun lol shot guns are just cool like that , If you have a want or desire they make a shot gun round that will do it most likely . And the sound of a sort of modern shot gun slide its magically recognizable .

I never got the purpose of the flechette rounds in a shotgun.

Each nail has so little mass... I still think for people and wounded big game, OO buck gives the penetration you need to reach and shut down vital organs....
