It appears that if you don't want to answer a question you just say that you can't answer it on the grounds of national security, or that your boss instructed you not to answer. I wonder what would happen if I tried that in a court of law.
At what point to members of Congress, and the American people, deserve and demand to know the answers to some of these questions?

I like the concept, but believe that the reality would be less than that. A permit to march is required.
