So I guess my torque on the muzzle brake wasn’t sufficient enough so after my most recent range day my sico omega and the dead air adapter were stuck on the dead air brake. Fortunately I was able to get the omega off but am now not able to get the brake off the adapter mount. Anyone encounter this and have some advice for me? Thanks in advance guys!

I have a problem where my Key-Mo adapter is stuck in my Omega.

I can’t get that mofo out for nothing.

I do worry about having my break twist off with the can though as well. The Key-Mo requires more force to lock down then what I see on YouTube I see people put them in with one hand and turn them a few times until they are locked up. Mine will not do this and I have to use two hands to get that final turn in to lock it down all the way.

Did you not use a torque wrench and rockset?

Clamp the muzzle device in a bench vise and then use a padded pair of pliers to turn the collar. Reinstall with rockset and the proper torque.

Sound like you've got an out of spec part. I would contact Dead Air and have them check it out. I've got a few mounts and share one can between them with no issues snugging the suppressor down with one hand.
