They’re both short action knight force scope bases for a Remington 700 pattern, looking to order over of these two for my CZ600 Range but asking myself why the heck ones is basically $60 and ones $130???? And can that little bit longer be useful or needed somehow?

Recoil lug as well

One will over hang over the recoil lug. The other should be flush with the front edge of the receiver.

Hanging over will give you more real estate for mounting optics. But if you are running something like a WTO switch lug it would interfere or anything else that could be in that spot..
