The 40cans will work but they will take a beating as the pressure are much higher and the 40 cans tend to be smaller in volume. Try a 45 can and shoot mild loads thru it. Dont shoot some hopped up crazy load or your 45 baffles will start to rattle.
I run a SilenceroCO Osprey in 45 on one of mine from time to time, does well. But, I only run it when Im hunting with it.
