Rifle Scopes Sun Shades / honeycomb what and where

Hi there as I'm new to this I'll keep it short and sweet incase I've this in the wrong place! I need a honeycomb flash hider for a 56mm Hwake scope! As I'm sure many of you know getting such a thing in the UK isn't easy. Any recomendations or no go's?

Pantyhose and a rubber band could work in a pinch.

Waste of money. FYI: They are called ARDs.
