My SAS can should be here any day now. It occured to me that my FAL might be the shizzle suppressed. Operating rod should be cleaner than gas operated, and the adjustable gas port should prevent over gasing.
Anyone here ever suppress a FAL?

Its a DSArms FAL medium contour barrel with integral break (Clinton semi ban). The suppressor will be a thread-on, so the break will have to be machined off. Thinkin thead the barrel for an adapter to screw the suppressor on, which would provide a good shoulder, and thread on a break for when the suppressor comes off.
