Suppressors Suppressing a Socom II?

Just picked up a Socom II and need to know if it is posible to suppress it? the muzzle break is really small and does not look like there is room for a can. Does anyone have pictures, information, suppliers.....ANYTHING?

Also....how are you supposed to put optics on these monsters without the full rail extending to the back of the receiver?

"He" was/is ME. It is a Burris PEPR mount.

Larue SPR-E mount works as well. Very nice video too.

Any muzzle device that is threaded 5/8-24 will work with that adapter.

Thanks, great to know; just don't care for the look of that suppressor. To each his own I guess. Just good to know that it could be done.

Hvt socom 16

I went with the gemtech socom adapter and vortex mount. I have ordered the smith gas plug but have not received it yet. Sounds great through my gemtech hvt.
