They didn't grant certiorari. "The Supreme Court agrees to hear about 100-150 of the more than 7,000 cases that it is asked to review each year." I don't know the details of the case other than it involves state pre-emption. Eventually there will have to be a showdown one federal vs. states' rights considering what states are doing with Pot.

I was surprised they didn't pick it up with other states signing on to it as well. Some other case will come up to challenge states trying to get around federal gun laws.
