I abhor the mentality of suing over libel but when your competitor calls you an ATF collaborator, possibly one of the lowest form of life, those are fighting words.

I agree... But like you said...There's a line you don't cross...Pretty sure Qevin is jumping rope with it trying to grasp for straws to appear like he's not a little bitch (like he is), and hopefully will get smacked down a few pegs.

If he had been arrested for making bombs as an adult, he wouldn't be allowed to hold an FFL and SOT, or own a suppressor company.

I've never bought a Q product and I sure as shit won't buy his stuff now.

AK has been in the game a long time. If someone was a Form 4 guy only, that someone would've never heard of him or his companies. I know he's had a run in with the feds, he told us himself of one of the F1 forums. But I'm damn near certain it weren't no boom boom thingy. You'd have to know what his prior endeavors were. Pretty sure the dude from White Trash Tactical (Dilligent) went through similar interactions before becoming Dilligent (no pun intended).

But to your point; if it had been boom booms, there would likely be no OCL
