'Man in the Wilderness', the 1971 Precursor to 'The Revenant', Is the Better Movie
Richard Harris starred in the best cinematic version of Hugh Glass' epic survival story.
always liked this movie. I think for its time, a better movie than the Revenant.
I haven't seen The Road, but did read the book. It introduced me to the rest of Cormac McCarthy's novels.
I’ve always considered Red Dawn more of a survival movie than an insurgency/war movie.
