Been seeing this company pop up on my expert voice account lately. Wife needs glass for a new hunting rifle. Anyone have any experience with them?

I see what you did there.I'm sorry, who can take a name like "Swampfox" seriously?
They might as well call it "Trailer Trash".......Kinda like Tangent Theta, but not quite.
That's at least the second time I've seen you post those stats, ver fucking batim.............This scope is only good if you have 200 confirmed bow kills and can bench 275 at the local gay concrete plant.

Any of 'em open to negotiation ?........![]()
no negotiation! “Or I’ll cave your skull in!”
But the artist formerly known as Mike at Primary Arms works there now!
I’d actually love to see an honest review* between the “reputable” Chinesium scopes: Vortex, Athlon, Arken, etc. I don’t know if Swampfox qualifies as reputable yet.
*I don’t have theto make this happen.
I've looked at their Arrowhead 1-10x24 and Kentucky Long 5-30x56. They are quite decent for the money.
How do they compare to more popular scopes? The Arrowhead is MSRP $500, which seems spendy for Chinesium when there are other LPVOs out there. Their "precision" scopes remind me of the Cabela's scopes.
if they ever come out with a 34mm maybe id try it depending on the price ordered an arken optics instead shame it still has not arrived for the around the same cost .
All I needed to know right there. Thanks much!...
They are essentially a house brand for a good size Chinese OEM ...

For $500 Arrowhead is a very good deal. Many Chinese scopes have been moving upmarket, so the Arrowhead is nowhere near the most expensive Chinese scope.
Can you think of another serviceable 1-10x in the same general price range?

GRSC ? Curious because you had their 1-10 too. I like Ed's more or less "set it and forget it " reticle... Wondered how they compare
That pays china to make their crapKoshkin can correct me if I am wrong ... But I believe it is an American-owned company.
It's impossible to not buy anything from china. Computer hardware comes to mind. It IS possible to reduce what one buys from them dramatically if one wants to. The average person can save and get something made here or in some other country that isn't chinait is nearly impossible for average people to not buy any products that are "made in China"
I already don't. And the downside to that is?You could never shop at Walmart, for example. .

The guy is being called out for buying a chinese ripoff of (in this case) American intellectual property. He's not being called out for buying an Apple phone or a Buick Envision or some other legitimate product made there.Seems hypocritical to allow for some personal exceptions, but then call people names when they consider doing the same thing
Good to know, thankyou, I hadn't realized the Swampfox was a SFP scope.I have the GRSC scope. Since it is FFP, it is not quite apples to apples
Either way, optomechanically, Arrowhead is a notably better scope. Interestingly, GRSC works much better if you add an aperture reducer.
Once the OEM behind Swampfox has a decent FFP LPVO, I will introduce Ed to them.

I picked up one of the GRSC FSO scopes a while back when they were on sale as I have the earlier 1-4 and Norden 1-6 both of which I like. The 1.1X10, I have mixed feelings about, so was thinking about trying the Swampfox as a budget alternative.
Isn't this a TVP? Third Vocal Plain Don't they sell a binoscope too? Steriovision; offering dual Tremor 3 reticles, AC and powersteering. But wait; there's more...Good to know, thankyou, I hadn't realized the Swampfox was a SFP scope.

Finally, promotion board knowledge coming in hot:
Francis Marion (c. 1732 – February 27, 1795),[1] also known as the Swamp Fox, was a military officer who served in the American Revolutionary War (1775–1783). Acting with the Continental Army and South Carolina militia commissions, he was a persistent adversary of the British in their occupation of South Carolina and Charleston in 1780 and 1781, even after the Continental Army was driven out of the state in the Battle of Camden. Marion used irregular methods of warfare and is considered one of the fathers of modern guerrilla warfare and maneuver warfare, and is credited in the lineage of U.S. Army Rangers and the 75th Ranger Regiment.
Why not swamprat, or swampcroc, or swampnutria, or swamppossum, or swampcrawfish?
