Swaro STR 80 Pic Rail replacement

Anyone here think that the 3 pieces of rail to go on this already expensive spotter outrageous? 254 dollars for 3 pieces of rail that i just want to mount a level on. Does anyone know of a similar rail that would work on this spotter?

How about some flat bottomed picatinny rail blank, drill and countersink the holes yourself? Probably 10 bucks total......................

And yes $254 for the rail is pure stupidity.

I found a set of used ones for 112 bucks so i just went that route.
