Rifle Scopes Swaro x5 focus

Picked up a swaro x5 a while back. I don’t think the focus is working. The scope doesn’t look very clear at all, and when I turn the focus, barely anything happens. My Athlon Midas has a much crisper image. Just wondering if you guys have ever run into this. Going to call Swarovski tomorrow. Thanks

I think that is the best plan of action because my friends X5 has better glass than my S&B and it focuses well.

are you using the parallax adjustment or the ocular ring adjustment. I set the parallax first and if necessary adjust the ocular ring for near perfect focus .

Parallax only. I set the ocular to adjust the reticle for my eye when I first got the scope, and haven’t touched it since.
