Swarovski Rangefinder reticle

Is the reticle supposed to be slightly spotty/pixelated?

I have two new ones here and they both have a bit of "white noise" going on around the lit display.

Normal?

Mine is sort of like that, probably the only complaint I have about it.

Mine is the same as is another friends. It's actually a poor reticle as a whole. Really should be nice cross or the like.
