- Explain why you feel you been wronged and are owed special accommodation.
- Provide a recommendation for the company to resolve your issue and improve the process.
Had you employed these tactics I suspect more members on this forum would have sympathized with you. I have had issues with some of my expensive shooting gear too, but I have always had a favorable outcome by using the above approach. </div></div>
And actually send them a physical letter with the above info... On some fancy paper with a professional looking letterhead... And make sure you put the "Lawyer" word in there someplace. lol
That'll get your money refunded quickly
