Re: SWFA Super Sniper Scopes quality ??
I'm sure I'm not alone in the fact that money does mean something. Regardless of the amount being spent, you have to feel like you are getting good value for your dollar, right?
Above a certain point (dollar wise) is can be argued that you can spend a boat load more but you are getting diminishing returns. If you can justify that to yourself and can afford it, by all means pull the trigger and buy something else. Whatever gives you that warm fuzzy feeling.
SS scopes are go to go in my book. I have a 3x9. Someday I hope to add another one to the stable. Would I like to have a Nightforce, USO, or S&B? Sure, but at the end of the day it came down to cost and value. With many other brands (IMHO) you are paying for name recognition, dealer networks, etc.
With SWFA as the only seller, you don't have the middle men. What you do get is great value because they can afford to sell for less. Does this mean they are a cheaper scope? No, it means with the business model they choose to operate under, they can bring scopes to market that should cost more, but luckily for us they don't!
Rugged, dependable, repeatable, great warranty, and high value would be just a few of the words I'd use to describe SS scopes. Most models have been out awhile and also have a proven track record.
