Just thought i would post this out there for a job well done.

I have a SUPER SNIPER 10x that has seen a few years of duty work an jus recently pooped out with some trash on the reticle and a inop elevation turret.

Now understand this scope has been put through the paces and turned and shot several thousand times.

I recieved a response to my email in less than 12 hours and told to send it in. I explained my agencies liabilty with fielding a repaired scope and i offered to pay any differences to have it replaced.

I was told to NOT worry and they would take care of it.

Now...that is outstanding service and the first time i have ever had to use their warranty. They are a hell of a company and stand behind their products.

Hope to get it back in a week or so and get the rifle back in the field.

Thanks SWFA! You have me as a customer for life.

I have one for sale here on site and I am thinking I should take it down and just keep it as a spare. A company that will stand behind its product the way they do indicates that they are very confident in their product. I have purchased several scopes from them and have been trading up. I now have Zeiss scopes on most of my hunting rifles and I am upgrading to Vipers on my tactical rifles. They will take your old scope in trade. In one instance I asked for a certain amount for a used scope and sent in the pictures and they emailed me back we are able to offer you $50 more than I was asking. How can you beat a company and customer service like that?

I just put my 10x on a new rifle after being on a 308 for some time. ( Its been sitting on the shelf for 6 mo since I got my Nightforce.) It zeroed quickly and still works as it did the day I got it. Great option for its price!

my Super Sniper 10 power pooped after about a thousand rounds maybe a little more. It would no longer holding 0 so I call this SWFA they told me I had to ship it in I think about 14 days they just gave me a brand new scope. No real complaints for the money I had invested. I was hoping they would make a mistake and give me a mil scope but they got it right and returned a moa scope.

I just had a similar experience. The parallax adjustment just stopped working one day on my 10X so I called to find out about returning it for repair. I was told to send it back and they would look at it. I included a letter explaining the problem and stating I had damaged the scope prior to this issue and that both could be related. I was not expecting good news, but within a few days I had an email stating they had received it and a few days after that I had a new scope in the mailbox. I know SWFA caught a lot of flack during the last promotion, and I was one of those patiently waiting for my 1-6 (and it's awesome) but I have to say this was pretty damn good customer service.

Just so you know, I'm in the market for one if you're still wanting to sell it. Feel free to PM me.

i've had my 10x for a while. i primarliy use it on my .22, but it also serves knock around duty to check other rifles for accuracy or just play with. i've been totally happy with their service each time i've used them. great to hear they go above and beyond if issues arise.

I just wish this warranty was on the Bobro mount I bought from SWFA, with there logo on the side. Bobro fixed it quick and quick turn around. One of the screws on the caps broken. Couldn't believe it broke with the small amount of torque that was applied. I hope the new one last longer.

There is no dough t that SWFA is great company, not only are their personnel good but also their'e trade in program makes for good business cense all the way around. I've bought several scopes form them and also traded some with them, the bottom line is they keep me coming back for more. I think who ever is running the outfit has the right idea, and I for one thank them very much....
