Re: TAB silencer cover
KAC, did you ever contact me about your cover? I don't think you did. The reason I don't think so is because we would have done whatever you wanted to make you a happy customer, from building you a new cover, to refunding your money. If you did contact us, in either case, it's funny that you choose to run our company down here without telling the rest of the story.
If you didn't contact us to allow us to address your problems, then why would you decide to come here to run our company down without telling the rest of the story, that being that you never got ahold of us to discuss your issues with us?
We all take customer service very seriously and always give the customer the benefit of the doubt with any problems or issues they may have.
What exactly do you mean by "sewn poorly?" Please post some pictures of your cover here and I'll be happy to discuss the sewn poorly comment. We take our quality seriously and if a customer is EVER unhappy with anything we make we do whatever we have to do to make the customer happy.
As far as melting, the only time one of our covers has melted has been caused by one of two things. 1. either the cover was not installed correctly, or 2 the use exceeded the design parameters that the covers are designed for.
We've replaced several covers, the vast majority from owner abuse, and have never charged the customer any money, not even for shipping.
I laughed at your comment "would not recommend so someone that actually shoots their weapons." We have thousands of customers who do actually shoot their weapons with our products who understand what these covers are designed to do. They're not designed to be heat shields, they're designed to mitigate mirage. There's a big difference, and they work very well at what they're designed to do.
