I have a Remington Model 700 SPS Tactical AAC-SD in .308 Win. I recently purchased the TAC-21 chassis from MDT and am trying to install the chassis.
The problem I have right now is the action does not fit in the action housing. I purchased the Short Action chassis and have seen other SPS Tactical rifles with this chassis. It seems the action is too thick for the housing. Has anyone encountered this issue? I have submitted an inquiry to MDT and am awaiting a response.
