Tangent Illumination problem

Anyone else having problems with illumination in the scope work sporadically.. Has new battery… worked a week ago and then when I needed it of course nothing.

So looking to see if anyone could shed some light before I give them a call.

Happened to me and then quit working on a TT 3-15 H. Sent it in and they fixed it. Back in 2 weeks, maybe a little less.

Yes they’re great made it super simple.
They just send you a UPS label.
Doesn’t get any easier then that
