Rifle Scopes Tangent Theta AIF and Upgrade

Has anyone sent their optic in for upgrade? Curious on length of time for return as well as the feel of new AIF compared to original turret feel.

Don't know about the AIF but I sent one back for repair near the end of last year and it was only about 2.5 weeks door to door.

They don't swap reticles at all.

My PH has better / stiffer clicks and a chunk on each full MIL. It is easier to count in the dark and I don't worry about bumping the dial at all, TT - yeah, it has happened a few times, but not a lot.
