So I've been looking for a decent scope for my RPR in the $1200-$1500 range and the tango6 4-24x50mm just went on sale from cameraland for $1300. Does anyone have any info on these? is Sign coming out with another model because they are on sale at their website as well?

Ive seen the older 6-24 power reviews in a 30mm tube and I think the the new 4-24 power models are 34mm with their levelplex tech (not that I would buy it for that reason). I guess what I'm getting at is would it be wise to get the tango6 at this price(I'm assuming it's a higher tier quality) or is there something else in this price range that would net me better reliability/construction?

Thanks for any info you all have!

I have that scope and for $1300 it is absolutely worth it.

I have the 34mm 3-18 and although I've only had a couple outings with it, it's doing it's job. My only con would be the zero stop is a process to set. If you want super loud, super clicky turrets, this scope isn't for you. For me personally I don't care as long as the turrets are correct and hold which this scope does.

Sig looks to be discontinuing the T6 4-24x and they are eliminating the graphite colored versions of everything. The Tango 4 is getting a update, at least the turrets are being redesigned. https://cloud.3dissue.com/184198/184677/215529/2019SIGSAUERCATALOG/index.html They have some closeouts on their website now at really good prices.

I've been experiencing analysis paralysis the past few days trying to decide what I need more. Another LPVO (Razor Gen II-E) or another long range optic.
