You can a tripod from Fry's/Best Buy starting around $40.00 on up.
As far a monitor goes, check out B&H Photo out of N.Y. Here's one for a reasonable price.
Monitor: B&H Photo has a Marshall M-CT7 7" Portable Camera Tod Field Monitor With Battery Plate/Battery/Charger
for $309.95

You'll be connecting the Video Out (RCA) from the receiver so you'll need a monitor that has
an RCA input.
I used 2 C-Stands (also in my film equipment) to mount the shelves that hold the transmitter and receiver.
These also can be purchased from B&H photo. They get up around 10'. You can get them for about $127.00 ea.
Here's a link as well:

The cool thing about the C-Stands is portability and 10' extension. Just drop a weighted sand bag on the back leg for a little extra
stability.
