Looking for a long distance camera and searched the hide and found Targetcam.net was a sponsor back in 2013-14 from the posts. Is there any reason not to consider their product? Also Milehigh was listed as a dealer from these posts but I checked their site and no targetcam listed.

The DJI Phantom 4 has a specified range of 1.2 miles, however on You Tube people fly them in excess of 2 miles. The C2 and camera transmit over a link they call "lightbridge". Lightbridge seems to have the capability to operate beyond the normal WiFi. One person on the web claims a flight out to 4.2 miles...and it's 4K video.

How long was the battery last.

Early Christmas...... I guess while you set up the targets you just leave the drone there pointed at the target. Drive out to the shooting position and shoot, just using the camera. When shooting different distances then you fly it out to the other targets. Drive back and pick up the drone with your targets.

Questions:
Can you run the camera by it's self?
If so what kind of battery life?

Found a damaged drone (Galileo Stealth) . Patched it up and it has a camera that can rotate up and down. All charged up and ready with a downloaded iOS app installed. Going to coyote hunt early then shoot steel and see how far I can go.
