tensioning pin for ar-10 upper/lower fit

What do you guys think of these? I have one of the JP enterprise pins on the way. My POF has a little more slop between the upper and lower than I want.

BTW- Does the iron ridge lower have one of those tensioning screws like some ar15 lowers have?

They have been demonstrated to modestly improve accuracy. But, if you over-tension, you can actually destroy accuracy.
