After seeing this thread about lunchtime on Monday, I ordered the $50 version. It appeared on the porch about dinnertime. I just got around to plugging it into a laptop and trying it out.

For $50, it's quite amazing. Will be interesting to see how long it lasts. The "documentation" is so pitiful it's almost humorous, but it gets the job done. Thumbs-up. And it's not just for bore-scoping. This thing will get used around the house a lot for peeking into otherwise inaccessible spots.

These look pretty awesome for the price. I use a similar larger import endoscope for work doing corrosion inspection. It's useful for what we're doing, but has the same sort of issues with spotty video stream. I can see picking one up at some point.
