Texas Brigade Armory M40A1 260 Nato

[DRAM40A1]

I had Mike at Texas Brigade Armory build this on a six digit action about ten years ago. The action is clip slotted and the scope mount is actually 30 MM and has 20 MOA cant. The bottom metal and mount are actually marked with the action serial number. The M40A1 return stock was bought from McMillan in May of 2007. It has about 100 rounds through the Schneider M40A1 contour barrel and just sits in the safe.
I’ve been thinking about selling it for a while and may post it in the for sale forum soon.

I’ve got a bad jonesing for a JP Enterprise 6.5 Creedmoor and this one just may have to go.
Obviously it’s a 260 Remington but Mike has a sense of humor and stamped it 260 NATO. LOL

I mounted up a 3-9x42 Super Sniper scope last night just before dark. I bore sighted at 50 and then sent 4 rounds center mass at a steel target at 100. With one flier, it was still 1/2 MOA. I’ll get a photo this evening and maybe I’ll zero and shoot it a little more. But,,,then again, I may be talking myself into keeping it. LOL

Here you go. I zerod from the night before, sent one round to confirm, then four more into this sub 1/2 MOA group. It’s so easy, a caveman could do it. If this thing had a brake, it would be scary...
