Loved the Banana Splits. We grew up in a weird time.
Either our '50's nuclear family parents were totally out of touch with psychidelica.... or they knew exactly what they were doing. In my folks case, it was the former.
But what TV childrens-shows producers were taking for drugs at the time... was epic.
Who else remembers Witchey-poo?

You can't be serious. What about Schmidt, PBR, Corona, or Hams? I wouldn't use that crap to kill weeds in a vacant lot. The only thing that garbage is good for is to give your friends at a BBQ after they have already downed 2 or 3 of your good beer.
DEAD SERIOUS. I've been without. You ask all 2 of my buddies around here what my motto is. Never want to want. I'm always 'flush'. But in the off chance I'm not flush and I'm either in the middle of the Ocean or several hours from a paved road and civilization, I'll enjoy the swill you quoted with gusto.

Life is too short to drink cheap beer and all of that extra water is hard on your kidneys, but it does give you more "hands on" time.
