I figured out how to post pics, so here are a few from hunting with my LWRC 6.8. It's really impressed me wih it's performance! Especially with 110gn Hornady Vmax bullets.
    Enjoy.......

    This boar was pretty nasty!

Nice Bulldog, is that an AKC or an OLDE?
The only hog I've shot with the 110 Vmax, the bullet fragmented after hitting just behind the front shoulder but was still able to traverse nearly 20" and end up underneath the hide just ahead of the opposite rear hip.

    Hey tacgnut,
She's an AKC English Bulldog......she's definitely not a catch dog, but she's good to hunt with......while we stalk or set up on hogs, she's right beside me and never makes a sound.

The VMax is OK, but if you really want to see something impressive, load up some 95 grain TTSX's over 10x.
they retain 95% of their weight, and will penetrate the shoulder of a hog that size, then exit.

    100% agree on this!
