Why would you promote a potential HR issue? Everyone that is woke, a me-too wannabe, a BLM supporter or a potential supporter is a potential huge liability. Nobody wants to discuss it, but this is the truth. Its risk mitigation. It takes a while to figure out where someone's woke factor is and once you identify that they are in that camp there is no way anyone is going to want to put them in a position where they can cry foul even harder, especially where no foul exists but the courts could judge in their favor anyway. And guess who gets laid off first. Its sad it has come to this.
