My precious finally arrived. The TriggerTech two stages are in fact real.

I went with the special in order to conform with local rules for competition.

Mine has a little something special on the trigger face though. I have been building a rifle using all Canadian companies over on Breach Bang Clear and one of the readers suggested The Apologizer for the rifles name.

I haven't had a chance to get it in the rifle just yet but will report back likely tomorrow on how it all went. This is replacing a single stage diamond.

Great looking rifle!! What’s your thoughts on the deadline action? Do you have other customs to compare it too. Been wanting to try one for some time but just makes me nervous when dropping that kind of doe and reviews are few and far between

I don't own any other custom actions however have used many. https://www.breachbangclear.com/ultimatum-precision-deadline-apologizer-build/ explains my thought process on why I chose the action. So far it has run great and the company is easy to get a hold of if you have any questions.

Here’s the problem: what happens if you get and test the new TT 2-stage and love it? Do you then go OCD and have to replace all your existing TT single stage on existing rifles?

I am not sure I am mentally prepared to undergo that ordeal...

Unfortunately I am in the process of doing that now. I liked my two stage so much I dont know how I will go back to the single stage and I loved the single stage haha. They continue to take my money with great products. To the people who whine about it taking so long I dont know about you but I would rather an absolutely flawlessly executed trigger and have to wait then possibly have issues. If you have been around long enough you will know most release dates in the gun industry are softer than whiskey dick and can be pushed aside for many reasons.

I'm sticking with the single stage for now as $$$ is tight and most likely be sales later in the year. Besides that, I'm sure the marketplace will have some deals with people jumping to switch out triggers.

Probably, yes. I find it difficult to move between single stage and two stage, especially in the same range session. Works best for me to be all two stage.

I have a gently used 2 stage Diamond on its way from Snyder Precision to try out on my vudoo v22. It has the pro curve so it’ll be interesting going from my flat bladed diamonds to the curved shoe. I’ll definitely end up with another 2 stage Diamond when MHSA gets them in for my impact.
