I searched but couldn’t find the spec anywhere. What is the screen size for the Telos XP50? Not asking for the resolution, but the physical dimensions of the screen.

I recently got the new Pulsar TELOS LRF XP50 thermal monocular. It replaces the Helions, and this is supposed to be an upgradeable thermal monocular which means you can buy a low-end version and upgrade it with LRF, new sensors etc as they become available.

Some sample videos to show the image quality.

NETD <18mK - this really makes a huge difference in how crisp the image becomes.

I think I might prefer low NETD above the XL sensor 1080x of the Merger XL binos.

I agree with you… Except for one thing:

I got the monocular based on the same core and there was an eyelash in the ocular lens. Somehow their quality control passed that unit with a piece of eyelash on the inside lens.

So I returned it to eurooptic and bought something else… they can’t check quality with some sort of optical check with the unit on and see an eyelash on the inside of the ocular lens (eye piece), then who knows what else they screwed up.

I recorded a pretty funny one last week, with the Telos XL50.

Was stalking some fallow deer and a squirrel comes running towards me.
I wasn't really stable, in position, behind a tree and on of the deer comes after it.

Didn't have time for the perfect focus, shit happens in reality.
